Bright pink color observed as a tattoo is being removed is a sign to stop that session. It is normal for the area where the tattoo is being removed to become swollen and red, the key to avoid blistering your client is to stop when the area becomes bright pink. The next stage if the tattoo is continued to be removed is red and this is when blistering occurs.
